Hello, I'm in Nice, south France.
It is called ' Cote d'azur' , the beach of turquoise.

そこここでミカンがなり、桜に藤に、たくさんの花が咲き誇っています。
And there are many mandarins here and there!
Now they bloom sakura and wisteria violet, and menu more flowers.
