I gave up...yesterday

屋久島滞在の最後に、宮之浦岳をはじめとする山々を縦走しようと考えましたが、やはり私は行いが悪いのでしょうか？台風を超える大雨との天気予報。１ヶ月で５個の台風に遭い、おまけに最後は大雨なんて・・・。

昨日の出発を諦め、屋久島でお世話になった方々へ挨拶回りをすることにしました。

The last few days in Yakushima, I wanted to traverse the mountains. so I thought to start yesterday, but it'll be heavy rain last night...heavier than typhoon. 

After I've come here, 5 typhoon has come, and so heavy rain at last...Is my everyday behavior too bad? I gave up to start, and said thank you to the people who helped me.

I wanted to upload this article yesterday...computer didn't work...bad luck :(  

まず始めに益救神社（やくじんじゃ）へ。安全に戻れるようお祈りしました。

At first, I went to Yaku-shrine to pray I'll come back safely.

そして、次は椨川にあるカフェへ。楠川温泉の近くです。

これなんだと思いますか？

キウイの原種です。小さくて、すっぱい！

Next I went a cafe in Tabugawa(near Kusugawa hot spring).

What are these? These are the original breed of Kiwi! so small and sour.

屋久島のそこここに咲いている花。名前はわかりませんが、とてもよい香りがします。

The flowers bloom here and there in Yakushima. I don't know their name, but they have very good smell.

まんてん橋。いつも、夕方に散歩して、険しい山々と雲を眺めていました。

Manten-bridge. I came here in evening, and looked steep mountains and clouds.

そして、シーサイドホテルのすぐ横にある、ウィルソン株の模型。

ここから眺める空が大好きでした。

And, the fake of Willson-stump, near the Sea-side Hotel.

I like looking at the sky from here.

でも、こんなに美しい夕焼けも見られるんですよ。

What a disappointing weather ...

But, sometimes I saw such a beautiful sunset.

ここが大好きで、幾度となくここで空を眺めていました。

きっと、ずっと忘れることはないでしょう。

さて、今日から二泊三日で山登りをしてきます。たとえ、雨が降ろうと！

I came here many times and I saw the sky.

I'll never forget the beautiful view...

Well, today I'll start trekking if it'll be rain!
