もう、あの縦走から１週間。続きの話をアップしていなくてすみません。
２日目は7:00スタート。振り返ったときのこの景色に、「光は直進する」という物理の教科書の一文を思い出しました。
Already it had passed 1 week after the traverse...sorry I haven't uproad 2nd day's photos...
I started to hike 7:00. When I look back, I saw such a view and remember the sentence " Light goes straight ahead" in a physics textbook.
北千里浜に戻ってきました。霧・・・。
At first, I went back same trail. It's Kita-Senrigahama, so foggy...
やっぱり、地の果てという感じです。
In a dense fog, I was really thankful to the yellow paintings. Thank you, "mimosa"!
Hmm, it looks Land's end for me...
この岩場を登ると避難小屋があります。
この霧では何も見えない・・・と思い、避難小屋で１時間待ちました。寒いこと寒いこと・・・。
さて、まずは九州本土の最高峰、中岳を目指します。
climb up this craggy way, there is a shelter. I thought I could see nothing in such a dense fog, I waited a hour in a shelter but sooooo cold!
After 1 hour, I went Mt. Nakadake, the highest mountain in Kyusyu (except islands).
左のピークが天狗ガ城。右のピークが中岳です。やっと、晴れ間が見えてきました。
Woo, it's sunny! The left peak is Tengu-ga-jo(the castle of Tengu), the right one is Mt.Nakadake.

中岳に着いたときには霧が濃くて何も見えませんでしたが、徐々に霧が晴れて周りが見えるようになってきました。唐突に、向かいにある稲星山に登りたくなります。
When I arrived at top of the Mt.Nakadake, I saw nothing in the fog, but little by little it went out.
Suddenly I wanted to go up the Mt.Inahoshi, in front of Mt.Nakadake.
強烈な風の中を登っていきます。
I went up in the strong wind!
稲星山から久住山へ。霧氷がついた岩場を歩いていると、さながら何千もの白鳥の間を進むようです。冬の八甲田山（青森県）を思い出しました。
Mt.Inahoshi to Mt. Kuju...I walked in the rocks wearing hoarfrost, like I went between thousands of swan! I remembered Hakkoda in winter(Aomori).
と、ここで、今日もバッテリー切れ・・・。
Oh, my camera didn't work...
名残惜しく、何度も振り返りながら山を下りていきます。
I looked back many time over...It was so good time in the mountain!
午後３時、牧の戸峠に戻ってきました。
I came back entrance of trail at 15:00.
そして、この１週間の間に、実は阿蘇山にも登ったのです。
阿蘇山、日々噴煙を上げる現役の火山です。九重連山より200mほど低いこの山に、あんなに苦しめられるとは思っていませんでした。もちろん、甘く見たり、準備不足だったわけではありませんが、その苦しいことといったら！
And I also hiked up Mt.Aso in this week.
