１１月になりましたね。
ゲストを見送りながら、自分が見送られる側になる日が近づいていることを思い、少し切なくなりました。

今日は、島の西部・永田地区のいなか浜に行ってきました。

October has gone, and Novemver started.
I saw the guests off to Kagoshima this morning, but next tuesday will be my turn. I felt sad a little.

I went Inakahama-beach, in Nagata.(west of the island)

何度か、サキシマフヨウの花を撮ろうとしてきましたが、なかなかうまくいきませんでした。それが今日は、すんなりと撮れたのです。
日本には、八百万の神がいると言われます。私は屋久島にどんな神様がいるか知らないのですが、もしかしたら今日は島の神様がこの花を撮ることを許してくれたのかもしれませんね。最後に。
I had tried to take photos of Sakisima-fuyo, but every time I'd failed. But today, I could!
We say there are 8 millions God in Japan. I don't know the God of Yakushima, perhaps he(or she) permitted me to take photos today, the last few days of my stay.
To the people of Yakushima, Sakishima-fuyo tell the autumn coming.
